Terms of Service

These Terms regulate your access to the Sheets2Pandas Pro Google Sheet to Pandas add-on while it is offered as a free public test. By installing the add-on you agree to follow the rules below in addition to Google’s Marketplace policies.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Sheets2Pandas Pro (“we”, “us”), the developer of the Sheets2Pandas Pro Google Sheets add-on (“Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms as well as the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and installation

You must have a Google account with access to Google Sheets. By installing from Google Workspace Marketplace you authorise the Service to run inside your Google account. You are responsible for ensuring that your organisation permits third-party add-ons and that you comply with applicable policies.

3. Plan structure during public test

All features are provided through the Free plan while billing is unavailable. A paid “Pro” plan is under development and listed as “Coming Soon”. Until billing launches:

  • there are no subscription fees;
  • the Free plan includes unlimited generations, batch exports, and advanced typing features;
  • upgrade buttons marked “Coming Soon” or “Join the waitlist” are informational and non-functional;
  • if pricing changes in the future you will receive notice through the add-on, our website, or email before any charges are applied.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to generate Python snippets and export spreadsheet data that you are authorised to access. You agree not to interfere with Google’s services, attempt to reverse engineer the add-on, or use the Service to process prohibited data (including sensitive personal data where you lack lawful basis).

5. Permissions and data handling

The Service requires read access to Google Sheets content and Google Drive sharing metadata so it can display previews, detect potential oversharing, and produce pandas code. We store limited usage metrics, plan settings, and sidebar preferences in Google Apps Script user properties within your Google account. We do not operate separate servers or transmit sheet contents to external systems. Additional details are outlined in the

Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

6. Support and contact

During the public test launch we provide support via email at johnygreencpa@gmail.com. We aim to respond within three business days.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You remain responsible for verifying exported code before running it in production.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from Google Workspace Marketplace. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or Google's policies, or if continued operation would expose us to legal risk.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms to add features, fix bugs, or comply with law. When changes are substantial we will provide notice via the add-on, email, or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
